Widgets For Notion is a small product built by Mocuza. Email lands with the people who write the widgets rather than in a ticket queue, and we read all of it.

What to write about

• A widget stopped working

  An embed that went blank, a widget showing the wrong time, or a Notion block that will not load. These are the fastest to fix and the ones we most want to hear about.

  Include: Send the widget name and the embed link from the Notion block.

• Billing, refunds and plan changes

  Questions about a subscription, a charge you do not recognise, cancelling, or a refund on unused AI credits, which stay refundable for seven days after purchase.

  Include: Send the email address used at checkout.

• A widget that does not exist yet

  Tell us what the catalog is missing. Requests decide what gets built next, and several of the widgets on the site started as one line in an email.

  Include: Describe what it should show and how it should behave.

• Privacy and data requests

  Account deletion, a copy of your data, or a question about what the site stores. The privacy policy covers what is collected and who processes it.

  Include: Send the account email address.

Before you write

Two problems come up often enough to answer here. If a widget in a shared page shows a notice instead of the widget, that copy has passed its monthly view allowance, and a plan lifts it for every widget copied from the same browser. If a widget from another service went blank, you can swap the link inside the existing Notion block without rebuilding anything.
