1. The Service

Widgets For Notion provides an AI-powered widget generator and a catalog of embeddable widgets for use in Notion. You can browse and embed the catalog of verified ready-made widgets for free, generate custom widgets with AI, and save widgets to a personal dashboard.

2. Accounts

Browsing and embedding catalog widgets requires no account. Generating widgets with AI, saving widgets, and accessing your dashboard require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Payments and refunds

Ready-made catalog widgets are free to embed. AI widget generation is a paid feature that uses credits purchased in one-time packs. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless you contact support@mocuza.co within 7 days of purchase; AI generation credits are non-refundable once used.

4. Your content and widgets

Widgets you generate using the AI creator are yours to use. By saving a widget to your account, you grant Mocuza a limited license to host and serve the widget code for the purpose of providing the embed functionality. You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Embed URLs

Widget embed URLs are valid as long as your account is active and the widget exists in your dashboard. Mocuza makes reasonable efforts to maintain URL stability but does not guarantee that embed URLs will function indefinitely. Free tier widgets may be subject to usage limits.

6. Prohibited use

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the Service in ways not permitted by these Terms. You may not redistribute or resell widgets from the catalog without express written permission from Mocuza.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Mocuza makes no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated output, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mocuza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
