This Privacy Policy explains how Mocuza ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Widgets For Notion ("the Service") at widgetsfornotion.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data via Clerk.
Widget prompts and content. When you generate or save a widget, we store the prompt text and the generated widget code in order to provide the service.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of completed transactions from Stripe.
Usage data. We use PostHog to collect analytics about how the service is used, such as page views, feature interactions, submitted widget prompts and error events. Prompt analytics mask obvious contact details and are used to improve the product.
Embedded widgets. When a widget loads in a Notion page, we count the load against its embed link to apply that link's monthly allowance. We record the widget, the link and the site it loaded on, such as notion.so. We use the viewer's IP address for a moment to stop one address from inflating the count, and we don't store it.
Cookies. We use cookies necessary for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used by PostHog for product analytics.
2. Widgets for Notion in ChatGPT
You can search our free widget catalog from ChatGPT with the Widgets for Notion plugin. The plugin needs no account and sells nothing.
What we receive. When ChatGPT calls the plugin, it sends us your search, for example "pink countdown timer", and any filter it picked, such as a widget type or style. OpenAI may attach technical details to the request, such as your locale or rough location. We ignore those details and don't store them. We never receive your name, email address, ChatGPT account or chat history.
What we keep. Before we store a search, we replace anything that looks like an email address, phone number or link with a placeholder. We keep that masked text in our database, Convex, together with the widgets we returned. The record has no identifier for you and no IP address, and we delete it after 90 days. We read these searches to find widgets people want that our catalog doesn't have yet. Our analytics service, PostHog, gets only the kind of widget asked for, the widgets we showed and how long the request took. It never gets your words.
Embed links. Every embed link the plugin gives you is unique. When the widget loads in your Notion page, we count the load against that link, the same way we count a link copied from our website.
Live previews. Each card in ChatGPT runs the widget live from embeds.widgetsfornotion.com. We count how many previews load in total. A preview never counts against your embed link, and we don't record who viewed it. A few widgets fetch data from other services while they run, and those services see your IP address like any website you visit. The weather widgets use wttr.in, BigDataCloud and ipapi.co for weather and location. The lofi radio streams from Zeno.FM, the alarm sound comes from Notification Sounds, and one font loads from CDNFonts. The same happens when these widgets run in your Notion page.
Leaving ChatGPT. The "Open" button opens our website with tags in the link that mark the visit as coming from ChatGPT. From there, the rest of this policy applies.
Your choices. You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT at any time. We hold nothing that ties a plugin request to you, so we can't look up or delete one person's requests. Email support@mocuza.co with any question.

3. How we use your information
- To provide and improve the widget generation and embedding service
- To process payments and fulfill widget purchases
- To authenticate your account and manage sessions
- To send transactional emails related to your account or purchases
- To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the services that run the product: Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for payments, Convex for our database, PostHog for analytics, and Cloudflare for hosting, server logs and file storage. When you generate a widget with AI, OpenRouter and Google Gemini receive your prompt. If you use our ChatGPT plugin, OpenAI passes your search to us. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
5. Data retention
You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing support@mocuza.co. We keep each kind of data for these periods:

6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mocuza.co. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and the site keeps working.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Security
The Service is served over HTTPS. Authentication is managed by Clerk, which uses industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
