This Privacy Policy explains how Mocuza ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Widgets For Notion ("the Service") at widgetsfornotion.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data via Clerk.
Widget prompts and content. When you generate or save a widget, we store the prompt text and the generated widget code in order to provide the service.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of completed transactions from Stripe.
Usage data. We use PostHog to collect anonymized analytics about how the service is used — page views, feature interactions, and error events. This data is used to improve the product.
Cookies. We use cookies necessary for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used by PostHog for product analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and improve the widget generation and embedding service
- To process payments and fulfill widget purchases
- To authenticate your account and manage sessions
- To send transactional emails related to your account or purchases
- To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the product: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Convex (database), and PostHog (analytics). Each provider processes data under their own privacy terms.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Widget data is retained while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@mocuza.co.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mocuza.co.
6. Security
The Service is served over HTTPS. Authentication is managed by Clerk, which uses industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
