Frequently asked questions
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. The widget fetches your events every hour. If you need it sooner, press the refresh button in the widget. It works once every 5 minutes.
Does it work with a work or school account?
Usually yes. Some companies and schools block outside apps from reading calendars, and then Google says the app is blocked or Microsoft asks for admin approval. Use a personal account, or ask your admin to allow it. If you get stuck, contact support at widgetsfornotion.com/contact and we will help.
Can it change or delete my events?
No. The widget only reads your events. It never creates, changes or deletes anything.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. Connect one Google or Outlook account and pick up to 3 of its calendars.
Do I have to make my calendar public?
No. Your calendar stays private in Google or Outlook. Keep in mind that anyone who has your embed link can see the events the widget shows.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes. Pick Light, Dark or Auto. Auto follows the light or dark setting of your device.
Does it work with Apple or iCloud Calendar?
Not yet. Right now it supports Google Calendar and Outlook.
How much does it cost?
$1.99 once, with no subscription. Lifetime is $19 and gets you every premium widget, including the ones we add later.
