How to Embed Google Forms in Notion
To embed Google Forms in Notion, open your form and click Send, then the < > (embed) tab. Copy the URL inside the src="..." of the iframe code. In Notion, type /embed, paste that URL, and click "Embed link". The form becomes fully interactive inside your page — visitors can fill it in and submit without ever leaving Notion.
Why embed Google Forms in Notion?
- Collect sign-ups, feedback, or requests directly on a Notion page.
- Keep the form and the responses doc side by side in one workspace.
- Share a public intake form without sending people to a separate link.
How to embed Google Forms in Notion
Open the Send dialog
In Google Forms, click the Send button in the top-right corner.
Switch to the embed tab
Choose the < > (embed HTML) tab. Google shows an <iframe> snippet sized for websites.
Copy the src URL
Copy only the URL inside src="..." — it looks like https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/.../viewform?embedded=true. The embedded=true parameter is important; keep it.
Embed it in Notion
Type /embed on a Notion page, press Enter, paste the URL, and click "Embed link". Stretch the block taller so the whole form is visible without scrolling.
Good to know
- Long forms need a tall embed block or users will scroll inside a small frame.
- Confirmation messages and redirects behave as configured in the form, inside the embed.
Frequently asked questions
Can people actually submit the form from inside Notion?
Yes. As long as you used the embed URL with embedded=true, the form is fully interactive and submissions go straight to your linked responses sheet.
Why is my embedded form cut off in Notion?
The embed block is too short. Drag the bottom handle to make it taller, or shorten the form into multiple sections so each fits.
